We are offering three primary options to help keep you healthy and engaged during the COVID-19 pandemic:
A cardiovascular workout of varying intensities. Enjoy great music while you simulate riding hills and valleys. You control the intensity of your workout by adjusting your own bike.

This class will take you through challenging cardio and strength intervals. Small equipment such as free weights and stability balls will be utilized during this class. This class is suitable for intermediate to advanced participants.

Stretch and Mobility
The class focuses on gentle stretches that can be modified to fit the needs of individual participants. Participants will work within their own abilities to lengthen and strengthen the body with the assistance of the instructor.
